Nail Story Shop aims to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. However, during special times and national holidays, there may be variations in shipping times. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please note that we do not work on holidays.

All orders are shipped from California, USA, and a tracking number will be provided for your shipment. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, excluding weekends.

To ensure the safety of your package, please track its delivery using the provided tracking number and make sure someone is available to receive it. We are not responsible for lost packages and appreciate your understanding.

Please double-check and enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Our shipping system relies on the address provided to print the shipping label. Incorrect addresses may result in lost or returned packages, and additional shipping costs will be incurred to resend them.
